Haley is a 28-year veteran of real estate in Kansas City. She grew up and has lived in the area her whole life, with just a few years away for college. Haley’s roots in real estate run deep. She has been surrounded by real estate transactions most of her life as her mother and her grandparents were all realtors. After marrying her husband Jack, a real estate attorney, Haley got her start when she opened a brokerage with her 30-year veteran mother, Sandy Spalitto.
Haley now leads a thriving team of realtors serving the entire Kansas City Metro, including her daughter, who continues to carry on the family legacy. Haley has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers, as well as developers, contractors, and business owners. She provides personalized, hands-on service with valuable insight informed by decades in the industry, all with the highest level of integrity. Haley treats each client like family and often stays involved in their lives long after the transaction is complete.
In 2023, Haley was named to the Compass Sports and Entertainment division, a national network of vetted specialists dedicated to serving exclusive clientele with personalized attention and discretion, as well as to REALM, a carefully vetted group of the most accomplished real estate professionals from across the globe. Haley has been named as a Real Producer in Kansas City, as well as a Top Agent each year from 2020-2023, in addition to many industry awards and accomplishments.
Haley loves spending time with her husband and her two daughters, hiking, biking and beach vacations in Florida. She is a highly active servant in her community and church.
