Cynthia has lived in the Kansas City area for over thirty years, providing her first-hand knowledge of all the amazing opportunities and communities in the KC Metro. She has been working in real estate since 2017, joining The Haley Epps Team shortly after in 2018.
Cynthia loves to help people. She also loves a challenge! When a client trusts her with one of life’s most transforming decisions – the sale or purchase of a home – she considers it a great honor and does not take it lightly. Cynthia’s father was a realtor. She carries on his business motto treating everyone like family. Her clients consider her the calm in the midst of the storm and often commend her ability to remain positive and stress-free.
Cynthia is fluent in Spanish and held positions in Spanish education in the Blue Valley, Olathe and Shawnee Mission school districts. Her institutional knowledge of each district allows her to guide her clients with children to the best possible home for their educational needs.
In her free time, Cynthia loves spending time with her family, especially if it involves boating or theater. Cynthia serves on the board of First Act Theater Arts Youth Theater and can often be found back stage volunteering as a props manager and set dresser. She is also an active member in her church and community.
