Talia Schroeder is a third-generation Kansas City Realtor with a passion for helping people find a place to call home. Born and raised in the Kansas City Metro, Talia has deep roots in the community and a lifelong connection to real estate.
Inspired by her mom, Haley Epps, and grandmother, Sandy Spalitto, who have a combined 75+ years of real estate experience, as well as her dad, a longtime Kansas City commercial real estate attorney, Talia is proud to continue her family’s legacy.
Talia attended Blue Valley Southwest High School and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Advertising. Before joining the Haley Epps Team, she worked at Burns & McDonnell, where she gained valuable experience in marketing, client relationships, and business development.
With a background in marketing and a genuine love for people, Talia brings creativity, attention to detail, and a personal touch to every transaction. Whether buying or selling, she is passionate about helping clients navigate the process with confidence and care.
Outside of real estate, Talia enjoys leading worship at her church, teaching ballet, traveling, and spending time with her husband Karson, family, and friends.
