Born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, she graduated from Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising. Inspired by her mom, Haley Epps, and her grandma, Sandy Spalitto, who together possess over 75 years of real estate expertise, as well as her dad who has been a commercial real estate lawyer in Kansas City for 30 years, Talia decided to follow in their footsteps and forge her own path in the family business.

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Talia volunteers at Legacy Christian Church, where she leads worship and leads a small group for middle school girls. In her free time, Talia loves paddleboarding, playing guitar, camping, travelling, and playing card games with friends.
