She recommended a contractor, KC Contracting Solutions, to do the renovations necessary to maximize sale value. They were very responsive to my desires and got the work done quickly and beautifully. Jill staged the house beautifully. The sale occurred so quickly and smoothly at above asking price that it was almost a let down. What a way to go!

Excellent job! Haley has now sold two of our homes. One in Old Leawood and most recently in Lenexa. She worked so hard this time making sure to market our home and give it the maximum visibility.
